Helping a massive bumble Bee back outside - it sat on my finger and was as long as the first joint.

Friend coming round at the weekend saw cards and asked who was 40. Was surprised when I said me, as he'd thought I was 36, & OH (who turns 40 this month) was about 42

The shallots I paid a �1 from guess where are sprouting like happy little troopers.
I thought it might be too late but apparently not. I hope they don't mind sharing their planter with radish and a bright yellow windmill.

SOOOOOO peacefull again,just cut MR hair,looks so much better,HH it gives you a real boost eh,comments like that,feel to idol to do to much,just chillin out,now do i try cutting my own hair,the shop is not answereing the phone.

Doll - I always cut my own. It's quite long so its wash, brush, part and cut the bottom few inches off.

What makes me happy,i cut my fuzz ball,and sitting here a dip on it,developing,Lumpy,mine is short and fizz,not curles,some you win some you don't,and this looks nice so far,then in the shower again,i itch like hell,
another happy is doing us both,have saved quite a bit and had a buzz,off for a coffee happy NO3

A few days of sun and the GH strawberries are going red.......................Mentioned it to my lady but true to form she had already noticed, she will be labelling them next .....Mine

We've had a lovely student with us at work recently. She's finished her placement now and dropped by some lovely cards and gifts for the team. She gave me some fabulous gardening gloves (bright green with ants and ladybirds on) and some cherry tomato and pepper seeds.

I wasn't going to do any tomatoes this year, but now I have some seeds... I know it's late to start them, but maybe just a couple if I don't mind ending up with some green tomatoes at the end?

I just happened to have the beebs one show on last night and was fascinated by the Welsh farmer who has diversified into growing very specif daffodils.
Only a few of the hundreds of varieties when put under stress e.g a really cold winter produce a drug called Galatamine.
This is used in the treatment of dementia.
As my OH has an early onset type of dementia and takes a tablet called Galatin I'm happy that such a beautiful plant has been helping to slow down his progression for a little while.

Nature really is a universal gift to us all.

Im happy because it was dark, lashing with rain and cool all morning whilst i was at work.
So .. no resentment!
And forecast is for a dry weekend!
