Being taken out for lunch by my Daughter and the Golden Girls

Granny on the Game in Sheffield -
been in the garden,son helped me with fire,lots of tree wood to get rid off,i stink,but feel happy,more to do,i took advantage of said heat,and got a few weeds up from nearby beds,plus dug up the last of the parsnips,they will be preped and frozen later on
after my de stink shower.

Taking him 7yo down to the plot and watching him happily play with a trowel, plank, rock and old fennel stems while re-enacting a high-octane version of Jack and The Beanstalk.... "FETCH THE AXE, MOTHER!"

Freecycle - sorted out the shed - hand sewing machine, loads of half full and full pots of paint plus brushes and rollers etc gone.
Chris................thingy tree and decs plus the unused outside light going Thursday.

Digging and planting up my new strawberry bed, seeing the daffs coming up and watching the robins. That's what made me happy today.

I can peep out from under the duvet in Lumpy's shed. I should be ready to vacate next week (if things go to plan) if someone else is looking for a hidey hole I recommend it.

having finished and put in place,the first part of my project,the padded take of to wash,headboard cover,it's held in place with velcro,after a we break,it will be the bottom bed board,to dark to take pics tonight,but am happy,felt like setting fire to it recently,but all come good in the end

Watching the contents of the sewer being unblocked and flowing freely again.
Lifting the carpet and letting it drip dry over the gate.
Being able to flush the toilet again without paddling. ..............Yes everyone, that pAddling.
