Morning all, Sneezy here Welcome home Sally, home you don't have too much work to do.
Boy that's cold Nicos, it's mild here again today but I think it's to get colder over the weekend, which I like. Supermarket today and I have to buy some new bird feeders, the ones I have in the garden are on their last legs.
Anyhoo, have a good day, don't work too hard and keep warm those who have the cold weather!

Morning all. Coconut spice porridge on the go if you want it. Cold but clear here. OH is one of the dwarves, so "hi-ho hi-ho" & all that. Weekend tomorrow yippee!

I've had my oatmeal with apple and cinnamon but Coconut spice sounds interesting what does it involve ?

Coconut powder & lots of mixed spice & extra ground ginger and cinnamon - yummy.

I've had rice pudding made with coconut milk and cinnamon, cardamom etc....and that was divine.....I love the idea of your porridge hh!

I often add cinnamon to oatmeal so i might have to experiment a bit more thanks HH

Errands run, daily supplies got, dropped OH at Daughters (Middle one) the rest of the day now officially mine!
But unsure what to do!

Just walked back through the door and the rest of my seed orders were sat on the mat awaiting! Yippeeeeee!

Good day. Well after a week of totally grey skies wehave alovely sunshiny day with a blue sky. What a difference it makes. Lifts your mood. Hope others have a good day as well.
Off to have my hair done and thrn grsndaughter in for lunch.

Snowed in the night, then poured. But everything was so cold that there was still snow all over my vegetable patch when I got up. Still raining now. That nice steady gentle rain that soaks in rather than running off. Could be days of it, apparently. I'm quite happy. Will make digging easier and replenish our vein of underground water. The locals will be pleased too, as it will be great for the almond trees that managed to survive last year's drought.

Evening everyone. Children both went to sleep early tonight - eldest has a cough & fell asleep on sofa an hour early, & youngest still getting used to no day time sleep & fell asleep 3/4 an hour early.

OH gone climbing, I'm trying to work up enthusiasm to do a pilates work out but tummy kind of full from the enormous spaghetti squash I had for dinner.

Both children have woken up for a wee (& a cough) but asleep again. Really should do something but meh....

planning to sow sweetpeas & spring onions tomorrow if I remember, & maybe some coriander for indoors.
