Cleaning day, it has been left for a while and i need a good clean through

Morning all. Haven't been on for a bit as I've not been to well. I was having dizzy, sickness and feeling faint. Ended up at the doctors when I fell and hit my head. Turns out I have got bad vertigo. Wouldn't mind I'm only 5ft tall.
So I am trying to catch up with things at the moment. Been to allotment and there's plenty down there that needs catching up with. Did manage to pick up some very large plastic raised beds that someone wanted to get rid of.
So I hope everyone is keeping well and hello to everyone new as I catch up.

Just had a call from my son to vent! Has been in the arrivals hall at CDG airport longer than his actual flight and he still has a way to go. What can I say!

Good day all,stupid weather,1 mo it's winter,next looks a bit off a promise.
NVG sorry to hear that,hope your bump is recovering,Jay there may be a good reason why a delay,better safe than sorry with what the skies are throwing at us,got to go now,get organized for me visit,and see about food,tummy still playing up,anyway where is superman,is he not able to blow the bad weather elsewhere,catch up later.

Pretty windy and so cold, been doing paperwork amongst making soup and putting slow cooker in for later. Weather showing double figures tomorrow and up to 19 next Friday , better get my sunglasses out again

Morning all. Haven't been on for a bit as I've not been to well. I was having dizzy, sickness and feeling faint. Ended up at the doctors when I fell and hit my head. Turns out I have got bad vertigo.

Did they find out why? OH had very similar about 11years ago, though he never mentioned it!! Grrrrrrr, while on holiday in the middle of nowhere with very little mobile signal he had a bout of sickness, collapsed and I couldn't get him to sit up without being sick. After a long while with symtoms not changing, I really couldn't move him I called for help. OH just said to leave him alone after speaking to emergency they sent a paramedic with heart gear (meanwhile in rented holiday accomodation my then young boys decided to strip all bushes of berries and crush them into the patio!!!) they rushed OH to hospital and I followed with the kids covered in berry stains! OH spent two nights in hospital. He had a ear infection,(surfing hadn't helped) which had caused the vertigo.

Hail/sleet/sunshine/wind and COLD here in the east mids today so not sure what I can actually do outside this afternoon ... Think I'll go bother the seedlings in the GH for a while ...

Morning everyone.
They think the vertigo is linked to that cold virus I had over Easter Scarlet. Both my sister and I have 'funny' ears. Ear ache in winter and blister in the summer heat. My sister is still wearing her winter hat now to go to work in.
I was going to log on last night but OH had used computer and the battery was flat
Then Will started being sick and has been sick all night. Seem ok now. Doing the three sips of water and three shreddies pick up method.
Well the kettle is on so if anyone wants a drink let me know

Another sunny frosty morning here, ice on the pond and the greenhouse door I can't open yet. Peered in and it was down to -4.2 last night.
Really need to make the most of the weather today as seems tomorrow is a wash out and not much better til Wednesday, wouldn't know it was a bank holiday.
I need to do something with overwintered iris as they are bursting from their pots.

Another shooting star courgette has surfaced , yippee. That 3 now.
Planning to sow onions , check on runners not surfaced and tip them if nothing happening, check cuc as they've done nothing . I've some zinnia that need potting on.

OH working so il no doubt be called upon, espeshially as tea lady. But first coffee and dog walk, there's a motocross event taking up all the tracks from 9 so best get moving...🏃🏼
