Thompson & Morgan - Great Customer Service

Just want to share what great customer service I have just experienced on the Thompson and Morgan phone line. Having had trouble with their website on calling the company I couldn't have asked for a more courteous and friendly lady to deal with my call. She was extremely competent and took her time to resolve my issue with the best outcome I could hope for and expect.

Their website has been very slow and sometimes i cannot get on as of late, so maybe something there to sort out.

oh, y'day evening the website went weird and the basket price was changeing as if each seed packet costs 24p and went to even -0.03� for all 4 seed packets. wish I could check out at any those toals. ended up with not buying any.

Good to hear that their customer service has got it right for somebody. Every time I've had the misfortune to have to contact them they've been rather rude and totally unhelpful. Does seem a strange first post though, can't imagine ever joining a forum just to give feedback on a different site but am sure we'll get to know the OPer over time...
