I have just seen a swallow at my OH work place. I know takes more than one swallow to make a summer but they are here so it must be on its way

Still in quite a lot of pain and moving very gingerly but not as bad and I have slept like a log for 2 nights in a row.

Just the fact of sleeping has improved things immeasurably and I am hoping the anti-inflamatories are starting to do their job.

...............and the weather forecast seems to have light at the end of the tunnel as well.

All in all things are looking up.
