  • Own Up. Who Overindulged?

I was a good boy this year, sensible portions of food and no drink. I know it's so easy to pig out at this time of year so who's been suffering from overindulgence?...........

Think I over did it a bit with the veg on Christmas Day. I don't drink so haven't suffered with any hangovers.

I ate much too much sugary stuff - well too much food in general, I suppose!

Back to sensible eating today - all the norty stuff was sent home with the visiting family and I've kept the meat, veg and salads to finish off

A sound plan, but I've already got the munchies for something sweet, so a bit of a struggle m'thinks

I had an extra half glass of wine last night to finish the bottle.
                    I know what you're thinking.................
Honestly, I'd only had one glass beforehand.

I,ve only indulged on portion sizes and not 'nibbles' as such... But very annoyingly I've received loads of chocolate items for xmas, and I'm tempted to just dump the lot. But I don't like waste....

Not so much indulged here, if you know what I mean.
More a case of celebrating! Well you have to, don't you if youve been married 51 years.?
A lot of champagne, and a goodly amount of Irish coffee, but , we are slowly getting back to normal. ☺

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
