And for supper tonight we are having some perfect parsnips, super swede and kale all from my little kitchen garden Gladiator sown on May 28th, and Best of All Swede sown June 15th. This year has been the best ever for parsnips and swede. The picked swede weighed 800 grams after trimming. I'm well happy

Those parsnips look impressive Buss I didn't grow enough so I had to resort to shop bought parsnips this weekend.

our first parsnips of the year were dug by hubby for Christmas day - parsnips 2 days running and there are still LOADS left
