For me to get a gadget I have to see a real advantage as over the years I've found most of them a waste of money. We have a microwave but rarely use it - mainly used not turned on but a hygienic place to let meat get up to room temp before cooking
. Suppose the main one I use us the bread maker as without that I could wake up to freshly cooked bread.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

My Kenwood Chef and its attachments
it get used every couple of days for either bread, cakes, pasta, juicing, shredding, sieving, mincing or liquidising.

Although I use lots of things that could be classed as gadgets, I can't think of anything that I couldn't live without.
I'm a simple soul really - as long as I can get in the garden I'm happy. Would be even better if I was fit enough to actually do something once I was there of course.What do you get if you divide the circumference of a pumpkin by its diameter?
