Had a lovely day out at the Christmas market. Great weather and great atmosphere with kids singing Christmas songs, the smell of food being cooked and mulled wine.
Went up town later and ended up buying more Christmas gifts. I swear I am not going into town any more before Christmas or I will have no money left.
Hubby bought me a beautiful Christmassy bouquet for the house.
Just home now and have decided to have a take away indtead of cooking.

evening graper's would you believe it,MR was freezing cold last weekend,we could not see why,about tues on complained of feeling bruised on chest and arm,i diagnosed been straining with sumat or other,gets out the bath not long ago after a soak,looks like shingles,after talking with 111,got to see own GP in the morning,unless symptoms worsen,we got a funeral at noon,will seek advice if he can go,anything more to come and harras this family,the song says don't they know it's cwisemuth,free for collection 1 naughty SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS fairy,she ain't sittin on top of MY tree ohhhh no

I can remember my Nan having shingles, she was quite poorly for sometime and found it difficult to sleep. I hope he's feeling better soon.

Good evening Folks, raining here today and a cold wind blowing, begining to get a bit frustrated as I need to clean out the flower beds but ground too wet to work on, my OH wanted the house tidied up, so I went out to the greenhouse, I should have stayed out there as when I came back in I got the "their are only the two of us in this house" speech, just because I happen to leave some books and papers about, the only reson I leave them on the table and worktops is so I know where they are. I see some Grapes are out buying presents and trees etc. for Christmas, well it reminds me of that saying A ??? and their money are soon parted ???. Well I wish you all a good night, and hope you dont have too much pressure on you before Christmas.. Oh I remember the saying. A MAN and his money are soon parted when a womans involved Goodnight

Quiet day today for a change.. Just relaxed with the kids and put up new star decorations...Some serious ladder climbing required for that job seeing as it was on a floor to ceiling (2 storey) window

Hi Scarlet, I stopped the antibiotics he was on for what they thought was an abscess on the tumour then they said it was all tumour so I didn't see the point in filling his wee body with medication...believe it or not he's as perky as anything. Looking for treats, playing etc. I'm assuming it was the antibiotics which were making him feel unwell. It's bizarre the change in him. Hopefully he will be with us for another couple of months! Thanks for asking after him...appreciate it!

Morning all, the weekend went quick didn't it.
Went to see our daughter yesterday, ended up 'lending' her �750 for a new TV
We even took away the packaging as hubby is off to the dump today
On the countdown to Christmas, I have jobs to do every day this week, funny how can only do one or two tasks each day. My brain gets fried if I think too much lol
So today is renew prescription and work pm, tomorrow bank things, see above, oh and a cash and carry visit. Get meat out of freezer and so veg shopping in Wednesday, you getting the drift?
Years ago, I would just get on with Christmas and life, now, I have to sort out each day at a time.
Obviously the usual housework, laundry and work goes in with all this.
