Good evening Folks, started dry today but very cold the wind chill felt as if it could cut you in two, spread some cardboard on part of the garden then covered it with seaweed, but had to take my wife shopping, so unable to get any more work done in the garden, possibly just as well as it is so cold. I think that I have more work infront of me, I was doing some work on the computer, and SWMBO was talking about things she had to do, so I turned off my hearing aid and just looked over occasionally and nodded, then while looking she asked what I thought, she asked twice so I said, what every you think and hastily switched on the hearing aid, to be told, right we will do it tomorrow, I am not sure what it is but usually we means me, in this house. Well I wish you all a good night, and remember, pay attention to what your partner is saying, and if you have a hearing aid turn it down, not off or pay the consequences.

2 weeks to go folks!

Got final fix electrician coming today.
Problem is that he was coming tomorrow so we'd planned to get the last 4 spots and Xmas tree this afternoon.
Looks like it'll be first thing this morning now!

More cleaning and sorting for me today...maybe a bit of painting later.
I really need to get my daffs into my window boxes in place of the now , mostly dead, pelargoniums ....and collect the piles of leaves on the driveway.

All my decorations are now up, that means the fireplace and sideboard have decks on and cute little optic tree us up. Smelly candles and twinkly fairy lights last night. Ahhhh

Morning all,
Mad house here, just taking a cuppa break The boys always seem to know when we are going away so are all excited. The weather looks awful, it always happens when we go away typical!!! we are heading south so hopefully nice down there.
Leaving some delicate seedlings in the PT whilst we are away and i am panicking as the weather says it is down to 6degrees, but i guess these were experiments with spare seeds but i still do not want them to die or slow down.

See you back in a little while, might get a chance too pop in you never know
