Afternoon all, late starter here today just can't get myself moving! Lumpy, I noticed one of our cherry trees leaves turning a lovely orange/red colour and the Rowan trees are packed with red berries...is that not a bit early for that?sigpic

With the first knee It took me about five months before I got it to work properly, as it too was badly swollen, but I had done a twenty mile hike five days before the operation, the second was a lot quicker, although even yet I cant do a full circle when I start on my bike I have to pedal back and forward for a time before I can do a complete circle, but the best advice I could give to anyone is to use a walking stick till they feel comfortable walking, and again use it if the legs get sore. I walk quite a lot, but sadly not the hills, cycle and swim, once I`m old I might give up the cyclingOriginally posted by Scarlet View PostRary was it a long recovery. My mums had her second knee done 8 weeks ago. She's still hobbling and it's twice the size of the other one.
she always stays at my house for a week in the summer but hasn't been able to make it so far.
Morning all! I'm being lazy this morning, just toast for breakfast this morning but I'm on my second cup of coffee and I've no intention of moving yet.
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Mornin all
Looks like we're in for a dry, sunny day here.
Hope everyone else gets some sunshine.
It's weekend tonight!
Anyone got exciting plans for the weekend?
We might go and do some wood splitting as we've loads to prepare - I just love the smell

We had lots of rain yesterday, don't need any today thanks.
I'm off to a friends wedding this afternoon, nice setting down by a river, so no rain please
I have tomatoes to pick, but will leave it one more day.
Ended up with 3 yellow ones, 3 Marzano? One Gardeners Delight, and one Moneymaker. Should be enough for two lol
Tomato glut receipes will be required soon.
Been continuing to harvest our Swift corn, lovely
Have a great day allNannys make memories
