G'Moooooooooooooooooooooornin' Peeps! We're sitting in the garden drinking a cuppa, and watching the weather radar mobile website, to see how long before we have to dash in. We have moved my enormous Charly Cheese-plant and Rodney Rubber-plant outside to the seating area for the summer, they've had a dose of homemade plant-food (gotta find a million uses for chook poo when you have them, huh!?), and they are awaiting a blimmin good wash by Ma Nature, which should arrive in the next half hour or so, unless London drains all the clouds en-route!

The deluge has been and gone. The plants are smiling, apart from the indoor ones that are now outside - they're wondering what the chuff has happened!

I have spent the morning fighting with a roll of lino and a caravan floor. What a ruddy PITA.

Rain stopped play outside, so making blackcurrant jam

Rain definately stopped play here, raining all day.
Made strawberry jam. Had to do something, my freezer was full and my corn needs picking and freezing.
Black currant jam next - when I get any jars

Rained all day here too. Good for the beans, bad for my waistline - lay on sofa, ate toffees, read a book. Never mind, better day tomorrow!

Well, thanks to Ma Nature's 'delivery' today, my houseplants are all gleamingly clean and looking perky!
The old 'van has a new, easy-clean lino floor, and... Our curry has arrive. Bye!

d. I forgot the 'd' at the end of 'arrived' in my last post. It was the smell of the Curry - well, that's my excuse, anyway. It was deeeeeeeeeelish, even though I now feel bloated like a barrage balloon. A curry is a rare treat nowadays, and I shall suffer for it.

Good morning

Grey and miserable here this morning. And it's a bit cold. I am just waiting for my bus to go to work.

I have a job interview tomorrow at the hospital and can't get it off work to go. Do I phone in sick tomorrow so I can go or do I not go to the interview? What would you guys do.
