It took for ever to shell the ruddy things though! But there was enough to fill a saucepan, and not too many maggots either, which is always a bonus.

Stuff. Yeah, y'know, just stuff. Random stuff that makes ya realise that things are great, or maybe that they could be so much worse, and, are in fact so very much worse for many people. Does that make sense?

Anyway, I guess this is because I have recently been made SO VERY VERY CROSS reading so many selfish and narrow-minded statements that a certain social site has been full of, lately, that I just wanted to say;

"Get over yourselves!"

Yes, really. The rest of the world doesn't actually give a technicolour hoot what colour you are, what language you speak, what ethnic background you have, what religion you follow, which political party you favour, or what you do (or don't do) for a living. If you're a decent person, with a conscience, morals, decency and empathy, that's what counts.

Sorry if I'm rambling, but some folk really do need a kick up the jacksy, and a serious reality check.

I repeat;

Engineer was a nice bloke, made him tea, and we had a natter. He is also a keen future customer of Hubby's, and left with a handful of business cards.
