Pathetic amount of rain here. After a 45 minute stake out by No1 son, the rodent was captured and let out. It was a short tailed vole. Percy now sleeping next to TV in case it is still there.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarternooooooooooon Peeps! Well, we've had some rain, but not enough to do much more than dampen the dust. What we actually need is a couple of days of good continual steady rain - if you wouldn't mind, please. Thank you!

I'm waiting to hear from Hubby, to see if I have to go collect car parts.

Rain lasted a whole 45 minutes and the temp in the garden is now 27! All the rain has achieved is raise the humidity level

I'll have an iced hazelnut latte, please.... alternatively, just do me a nice milky coffee, I'll beg some ice from somewhere and use one of my furtive secret stashes of hazelnut syrup.

It was, believe it or not, misty down where I work today (Cumbrian coast) Heaven knows what it's doing on the plot, but we had only a small amount of rain last night. Watering call on my way back home today, methinks.

No rain here today we did have 5mins yesterday but it tried as it hit the floor.

I've been drinking water all afternoon now it mug of tea and scone time

Light rain here - but warm enough for the back door to be open so Domino cat can sit on the mat and take the air. He's spent most of the day like this:



....so he's not doing too badly.

It rained for a few hours here, it didn't throw it down but everything is a little fresher and now the sun is up its all looking great

Properly raining here Probably too wet for me to water the greenhouse, I would get wetter than the tomatoes. I shall do it first thing in the morning before I go to work. I have just typed this and it seems to be easing off a bit. Not yet!! Please, a bit more for the beans and peas. Talk about putting a jinx on things.

No rain at all here despite forecast.
Did do a little bit of housework on my lazy day, also we had a great curry with leftover chicken, home grown spuds and carrots, with a few green beans thrown in. Was very nice
New house rule - we must eat potatoes at least once a day.. There are so many bursting out of their bags. It's frightening lol

We've had rain it lasted nearly 5 mins then stopped so it probably didn't make much difference to my butts. it did leave the air a bit fresher so that was good
