Morning all, another horrible day here...it's like winter! Just back from a wonderful couple of days in North Berwick to let my OH recharge his batteries. Weather was great, although it was a little breezy! So relaxing and everyone is so friendly in the town. Hope everyone is well, enjoy your last few days on hols Carrie, JanieB, my kitchen starts a week on Monday, dreading it! Good to see you back G4!

Morning all! Good job that Flo is here, or we might have missed the fact that it's FRIIIIIIIIIIIDAY!

The Task List is looking a bit grim, so plenty to be getting on with here - then taking mum for supermarket shopping after work. THEN going to the pub to meet up with The Old Wednesday Night Gang but - er - on Friday and in a different pub. It was the only way we could get everyone together! It'll be quite like old times - looking forward to it.

Afternoon all. OH is at work and kids are at school so I am sat down for a few minutes before I do some jobs then go to the school summer fair. Lucky me.
Been down to allotment to plant my PSB that my mom was able to get me. Dug up another 2lb of new potatoes. Going to take the kids down tonight to pick the strawberries. Going to take the strawberries over to my dads tomorrow and do a strawberry Eton Mess for pudding

Horsey chores then work this morning. Feed merchant and Butcher at lunch time (both feed merchants there, I s'pose lol) then dog walking and home by four. Fab. I gave the Dogs a bone, tended the chooks and cut the lawn. G & T anyone?

Grey, foggy and raining here today. Going to the market this morning to pick some meat up. Then I am off to my OH mum's for tea tonight. Not seen her since Christmas time. Will be nice seeing her.

Grey day here as well. Rain forecast all day. I'm off to the charity shop this afternoon, cooked up mince last night, so dinner will be easy.
My onions that bolted are still ok to pick, I love just walking to the end if the garden and pulling one up when required.
The white butterflies are out in force laying their eggs on my tomatoes, potatoes and beans. Arghhhh

It's grey here too and we've got some rain forecast, but I'm betting that it doesn't happen in any sort of useful quantity. So I'm planning on doing some watering anyway.

NS, if the butterflies are laying their eggs on the wrong things, that's great - the caterpillars will just die!
