I've spent the afternoon in the garden, weeding and tidying then helped Mr Pots sort the log stores. I'm a bit tired now.

Evening all. Well only had one filling done today so got to go back again to get the two big ones fixed. Very cold here first thing but this afternoon was quite nice.
Just sat here channel flicking at the moment.

Looks a bit gloomy out there from here behind the desk - hope any rain holds off till later as I have a track session with my big bro planned for lunchtime. Gave blood yesterday, so I won't be breaking any records, but we'll see how we get on.

Lovely day to be at the track - results of the experiment 'does giving blood adversely affect running performance' are 'yes - and mightily so!' . Hey ho - nice to see my big bro, and I did some barefoot running round the track too.
