Afternoon all. Well Harry boy (dog) got me up at 5.45am as he was desperate for the loo. Persuaded him it would be a really good idea to go back to bed so we ended up having a long lie which was lovely! Been a bit dull this afternoon but not too chilly and managed to get a washing out and dried. Almost got the kitchen back to normal, another coat of emulsion on the walls and then the plumber out to put the radiator back on and all done! It has been a lot easier than I thought.
Great day of tennis this afternoon, watched while ironing, all in all it's been a rather lazy day! Hope you all had a great day whatever you were doing.

Evening all. Haven't done much really today. Been raining on and off so haven't had chance to go to allotment. So hopefully will be able to get down tomorrow. Well hopefully

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeevenin' Peeps! I hope you're all well? I'm pooped, and I've just realised my feet/socks stiiiiink! I dunno why that's such a surprise, I put my boots outside for that very reason, when I took them off!
I got absolutely soaked at the stables this evening, drove home slowly in torrential rain, and sunshine at the same time with one broken wiper whilst thinkng how much good the rain would be doing to my garden. Got home to a bone-dry rain-free garden...

Evening all we've had some very heavy showers today. Great excuse to have a lazy Sunday and nurse a sore head popped out after tea for a dog walk and finished in the pub for a coffee and a dog biscuit for Stan.

Well, after starting off with good intentions...I ended up doing 7 hrs of ironing
....please will someone put the straight jacket on me now?

That's one of the most mind numbing jobs Nicos! I try to record some detective shows to watch while I'm doing it so that I can get engrossed in the plot and forget that I'm doing the ironing!

I didn't sleep very well last night. Kept waking up.

I need to do a "big" shop but it will have to wait til later in the week. I've got too many other things to do.

Oh good ,not, it's raining. That'll encourage the weeds in my non-garden.
