That is fantastic! If you haven't turned those skills into a business, You really really should. So I would like to order my birthday cake for next year please. I want a sponge cake, lemon filling not jam ( I hate jam ), in the shape of a chicken. I don't mind what breed it is 
. And lots of icing please. I do like a good sugar rush

I coloured fondant with the appropriate colouring pastes, rolled it to the right thickness, then just used a metal ruler, a pizza cutter and a sharp knife to cut the blocks to the right size. I used a small plain piping nozzle to cut the rounds and (yes, individually) stuck them onto the blocks with a dab of water.
