We use them all the time. No issues, and I believe that morrisons are using them as their distribution network as well now.

Ocado already has a 10 year deal with Waitrose.

Pretty soon they'll be holding hands with all the superstores

Yes I know - but morrisons wanted to use their infrastructure so have been in talks for yonks

We find them great anyway. Waitrose didn't initially deliver (here anyway) so that's why we started to use then

I don't really do supermarkets so have never tried them but a mate of mine has just started using them and is very impressed. Apparently if you book your slot late then you can often get free delivery if there are enough other orders at that time in your area. You can also totally opt out of substitutes if you don't want any.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I have used ocado for some time intermittently and find them very reliable, more than Tescos , in terms of substitutions . They have a good colour coding system for the shopping in different bags for fridge / cupboard etc. Only critism would be the quality of the fruit.I have been trying Morrison last few times as same system, and distribution. Fruit better but higher numbers of substitutions and don't know if it's me but website seems very slow.(no high speed broad band here) Seem cheaper so shall give a couple more goes !
                        Gardening forever, housework whenever!

For folk who do supermarket shopping online, and if you have no heard of them, I find mySupermarket.co.uk - Compare supermarket prices | Online supermarket shopping | Save Money on Top Offers provides a useful service. Fill your virtual basket, as you would do on Tesco's site, or whoever, and then it will help you with a couple of things:

Are there any variations that are cheaper. For example substituting Andrex with Own Brand (is that a Bogoff?!!), and in particular if there is a BOGOFF for a packet half the size - which then works out cheaper buying two small ones for less than the price of the big one, and so on.

It will also tell you if all/part of your basket is cheaper at a different supermarket - so you might choose to split your order.

(You don't need to buy online, it will print out the order for you to physically go shopping, if that is how you shop)
