Sun's been out here too - I'm back from a run round the park. The training session call for some work with the metronome again, so I've been tick-tocking along. Doesn't half get you going at a fair old clip!

Actually, tell me later - I'm off to collect Domino cat up from the vets. They had to sedate him to take the blood sample this morning. The receptionist said when I phoned earlier 'I don't think that he likes us very much...!'

The weather tricked us was bright sunshine with blue skies until the washing was on the line then it hail stoned.

Just happened to drop into Dobbies, well it is right next to supermarket, Bedding Plants already, bit soon isn't it?

For those needing seed potatoes, they had a reasonable selection, mix and match, 5 for �1.00, not sure whether this us reasonable or not.

I've bought Primroses today - a beautiful selection - to brighten up the big tubs of honeysuckle on the front path. Bit of an instant garden to smarten up outside for tomorrow's party guests. Also bought a huge selection of reduced flowers to make a display for the buffet table and one for the hallway.

My Ma asked, this morning, what was I wearing to tomorrow night's 'do' as 'none of your nice things will fit you now you're big again' I was a bit gobsmacked, but decided to let it go. I said I didn't know what to wear. She volunteered to buy me a new outfit!! I chose black jeans and a grey cardigan with a delicate black butterfly print. She said 'What sizes? 16 top and 14 bottom?' No, Ma, 12 top and 10 bottom. That shut her up I can tell you!!

Afternoon all,i have gone mad,been and got more new seed potatoes,i now have 7 varieties to try,
main crops,romano,amour,record,caesar and salad blue,

second earlies,saxon and stemster ,
then to wilkos for new lettuce seeds,they not got the varieties in store,lots better on line,awe well,next time,

Been to have a cuppa with eldest...think I just needed to make myself move. Anyway just fed jake and he's eaten from his bowl on the floor so no problem there now.
