Last night's spooky Castle visit was excellent, and Hubby had a fab time, so I was forgiven for being sneaky.

I've put the chillies in the vodka today (for the traditional gift to my son at Saturnalia). Four Cayenne, two red, two green. I've picked a Scotch Bonnet, but I can't get it in the bottle. Suppose I'll have to dry it out a bit so it'll squish in.

Evening All and a special CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERS to G4. Hope you're enjoying it after all this time
I've been in the Swedish store this afternoon. I really dislike shopping there - seems such a lot of work to buy anything. Must have walked a couple of miles before I found the net curtains for the garden (posh 'ere innit
).
Bought some flexible ice cube trays, reduced to 25p that I'll use for seed sowing. The seedlings should pop out easily with a bit of a twist. Worth a try anyway!!Comment

Cheers, G4 - I have a glass of redcurrant wine to toast you with.
I have spent ALL AFTERNOON cleaning the bananana car ready to sell it - just debating whether to spend money on getting the discs and tyres done as that was an 'advisory' on the MOT, then I can get a new MOT done with a clean bill of health and put it for sale at a higher price.
Or not faff about and sell it as it is, for a hundred quid or so less. Need to make my mind up as it is so clean inside that I now don't want to cart stuff from the plot home in it, and there's the canes to take down and the scarecrow.
