Morning. Mist seems to be lifting here now. Will be going to allotment later on I think when ground has dried out a bit.
Already packed kids off to school and just finished the ironing. So going to sit down with a Lemsip for a bit. Still have the lergy but not going down without a fight.

Mornin' oops, I mean midday! Marvellous how time flies when you're procrastinating.

Windy as, outside. Cold too. My finger joints are feeling their age with this sudden temperature change again.

Have a day off and so much to do, but it's miserable outside. Can't even water the plants as the wind would blow the water all over the place :/ Hoping for a bit of rain to soften the top of the soil at least.
Don't want to lose any fruit trees due to the dryness.

Just realised the car was due for an inspection before registration this time....that would have been yesterday Wish me luck getting it there without incident (of the accidental or police kind). It's only a block from the mechanic due to being left in town the other day.

What'ya giving up for the month? I've had a month of eating a proper brekkie, and staying off snacks and rubbish, and it has worked, as I got a pair of smaller jeans on last night, to go out for dinner with MiL and family. This month is the tough one - no G & T

Hubby has been given the option, fags or booze. I just got a frown, so it looks like non-compliance from him.

Morning. Cold here but is brightening up. Going down allotment with OH to cut the grass and trim a hedge back.

I am - for once - very slightly ahead of myself workwise. I am basking in that feeling - it happens so rarely.

I was looking at the Virtual Show entries last night - a real corking success of a competition this year, I think!
