G'Mooooooooornin' Peeps. Lovely and cool here at the moment, but set to roast again by lunch time. What a fabulous summer we're having here. We've got used to spending our mornings and evenings sitting outside, under the sun-shade, instead of plonked in front of the telly. It'll be a shock when the weather turns.

It is lovely here too - despite the rain we were 'promised'. Never mind, have to wait until tomorrow now (allegedly). Good thing I watered heavily yesterday at the plot. Domestic things to do today. Veggies for piccalilli chopped last night, so I've got to assemble my first batch today. And clean the house .... aaargghhh! Have a good day all.

We've just had some real rain, enough to wake me so it must have been heavy.
Best I get out there and see how fat the corgis have grown overnight.

Hello peeps..I have just checked the weather forecast for the next 4 days and it looks pretty gloomy..Rain,Rain and more Rain..Also last night felt like Autumn..We actually had the heating for about an hour..Hope this is not the end of our summer Already

No its not Bren..My veg crops are slowly but surely getting there Bren..I was late in planting my peas but i think maybe another few weeks then i can harvest them..My second early potatoes "Maris peer" are ready for harvesting..Also my Autumn bliss Raspberries are coming along nicely too..

Morning all!

A late start for us today because of drinking too much beer last night. Mrs H came with me to the pub for poker night and had so much fun it might become a regular thing on our schedule.

We're going to visit the Olympic Park today, have a walk round the plantings while we're there. I've never been before and it should be interesting, I just hope the thunderstorms miss us this afternoon!
