Evening All
The rain eased off this afternoon so I chucked all my possessions (2 wicker chairs, 2 dogs, a trug of plants and 3 sticks of rhubarb) into the car and headed back to Cardiff.
I've only been away a few days but the garden seems to have gone berserk. I swear the mangetout are a foot taller, as for the potatoes, nearly lost one of the dogs in there.
Learnt a lot of useful info in the last few days - like how the Chinese scared away wild beasts with bamboo and that some banjos can be tuned in 2 different ways.
Just thought I should share this in case you're asked at the next pub quiz!
Are we all wet but happy?

Evening Bren
I know nothing about banjos but this chap down west had just been given another one that he was tuning up while I was there. He plays all sorts of stringed instruments and does a passable impersonation of Jake Thackray
Ask Mr Pots if you need to tune a didgeridoo? (why do I want to say budgerigar?)

And a good morning from me too!
Think I'm growing webbed feet with all the drizzle we've had recently...at least it's warm drizzle for a change!
...watching the grass grow has never been so easy

I'm much more ruthless about plants I must admit. I used to fret and mollycoddle, but I rarely do that these days!
