          I've probably said this before, but make sure you get one with a flat top that you can put kettle, pots and pans on. Ours is a tad sloping and can be a bit of a challenge ...

            Just a word of advice. If you are going to use the top to cook on it is a good idea to put a large peice of thick metal on it to protect it or any humidity from the pans will make it rust. I have an old griddle on mine which works a treat.

              Acksherly.... my first woodburner is this....




              It's absolutely fantastic to cook on as well as the oven!

              If you watch carefully next time Hugh FW is cooking you will see he has one too!
