My OH always dressed up for Santa at my kids primary school (short on volunteers- so a small welsh Santa) heavy disguised in his red suit stuffed with loads of pillows up his jumper! The game was given away though in his third year when one of my kids shouted "that's not the real Santa, that's my Dad!"
