good morning all,same weather here nice,we of to the plots as soon as am ready,amazing what you can do,without digging,the ground is to wet to get the aliums in,i am looking at putting what i can in the grow barn,but place an empty container in places so have still got room to get usual green house stuff in next year,hope that makes sence,first year i have left it so late,have a good day ,and make the most of the sun,

Morning, I have taken up a new exercise regime, scientists at the university of Mbongo have discovered that virtual jogging has as many beneficial effects as real jogging. So now i sit on the edge of my bed and virtualy jog round Torquay. I met so many people this morning just as the sun was coming up along the sea front, greeted every one with a cheery wave and a smile. Now I am virtualy nackered so I will eat my half pound of butter and go back to bed.

Get yourself a trampet,put the music on,and get bouncing,and save the bed springs,pretend your the dog on the TV adverts,like who can you see evry time you jump,

I am not too sure I could even get onto the "Trampet" first thing in the morning, I could perhaps lie on it and snooze a bit.

Well the beauty of virtual jogging is that your clothing is as varied as your imagination, this morning I was an imperial storm trooper, it raised a few eyebrows outside the newsagents. In fact you can change your entire body, last week I became Brad pitt for a few days until Mrs Mountjoy of the womens institute started stalking me.
