Just back in the house after picking a basin full of peas, and boiling of tatties and a few white turnips.... in the rain. First real rain for ages.... I got soaked and loved every minute of it. Its freshened the whole garden up.

It rained for about 2 hours and added about 2 foot of water to one barrel. (I tap the downpipe from the house roof into 3 barrels)Comment
