I've been clearing brambles and nettles - it seems to be an obsession of mine - wherever I go I have to do it At least you can get to the front door now without being shredded !!
Weather has been perfect today - not too hot but plenty of sunshine. A real Feel Good day
Now what shall I have to eat tonight............

Evening, my tip for today don't even think about turning the compost without changing out of a pale blue tee-shirt.

VC we've had courgette fritters mostly because we enjoyed them last time and they;re quick to make along with some garden potatoes and salad.

Hoping life will calm down a little bit soon, it's been one thing after another. However, the old house is under offer, my big 'workhorse' car has been sold (coz we don't need it to build houses with anymore)...the piggies are all well and I 'rode' a push bike for the first time in 25 years! ... things are on the turn in the PB household

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeevenin' Peeps! Been absent today, as attended Hubby's Brother's Baby's first Birthday party. A fab time was had by all! A really great day, despite having to dress like a Girl, and having to mind my Ps and Qs! Fish out of water, you might say!

Evening All....

Busy day; two cushion covers and a cute scottie dog tea cosy made. The Westie will have to wait until tomorrow cos I'm fairly boss-eyed with concentration now. That dawg took a lot of 'drawing' in very tiny machine stitch. I'm not keen on that tartan, but I'm trying to use MinL's stock to give people an idea of what you can achieve.

good morning peeps,cloudy and sunny,i like this weather much better than that of a few weeks ago,lottie coming on nicely,things are growing at last,we built the first of a walk in netted area,this one is for the spring brasicas,also put the grape vine in there,self fertile,it's a real buzz now things are cropping,talking of buzz...there are now lots of bees about on the lavender,and just opening cardoons,a real hive of activity,we now have summer time,

Steaming 6kg beans whilst ironing whilst doing the washing/pegging out on the line whilst running round after a poorly mommy whilst preparing lunch ..and that's just this morning!
