  • what to do with an old bike!

    Hi,
    I thought i'd show you what we did with Mr W's old bike, and an old wheel barrow. Really chuffed with how it's turned out this spring!

            I don't like it. I think it would make it really heavy, and when you pop to the shops your basket's full so you can't carry much home. 'tis pretty though.

              I call it ''copper sulphate blue''!!!! Can't help it have to bring science in somewhere!!!!!(it's actually the blue paint they use at Mr W's firm, he scrounged some left overs)

                      Cor, it all brings a whole new meaning to the word "recycling" ! I love those baskets...lovely to think that you can move them about and have a different splash of colour in another corner of the garden, or give them a bit more light etc...only I hope you have locked your bike up !
