Thanks CT. I might make that this afternoon using the low carb cookie dough as pastry and subbing Xylitol for the sugar in the custard filling. Then I can take a slice in to the BH. If's he's still asleep I can eat it myself.....Last edited by julesapple; 01-05-2013, 10:51 AM.Jules
