Now this is a surprise thread i've strolled into. One of the reasons I took on the allotment was to help keep me in Leeds on a weekend.
For the last 30years I've followed Hull City, home and away whenever shifts allow. Over 100 grounds following the Tigers.
With the expense now, from this season, i'm trying to hold back on the away games. This was working well until the first one - Crewe away last tuesday night - and I ended up going. So I'm still endeavoring to knock it on the head.

Jacob & Jax, I've had to stop myself rubbing it in every 5 minutes to O.H., who keeps saying 'nothing matters until Christmas, it's where you are in the table then that matters'. I don't care, I've waited 30 years for us to have anything to crow about & being top of the table, beating Man. utd. & them being near 'relegation' is good enough for me.The headline in the Times sport section over pictures of Sven & Fergie was priceless...Swede 1... Beetroot 0! (P.S. I'll probably be laughing on the other side of my face when we're fighting relegation as usual at the end of the season!)
