How can doctors write a 'detailed' medical report on a patient they fully admit they have never met?

We have just received a copy of said report from the CAB. We aren't due to meet the GP in question until 4pm today........

Banks and credit cards...

My bank made a direct debit from my credit card dormant as it had not been used for more than 13 months, they didn't cancel it or tell me or the credit card company they were making it dormant, as a result when I started using my credit card again I get charged interest as my pay off in full at the end of the month didn't work.

Whose fault is it, well not the bank as its in the terms and conditions, and not the credit card companies as they tried to take the money, So I guess as I'm the only one out of pocket it must be my fault.......

I hate the lot of them.

Sycamore trees. Or more specifically, the sycamore tree just over the wall from my plot and its flaming seeds, which are germinating all over my plot I must have cleared hundreds of them off my potato bed this afternoon, and I'm only a third of the way across it!

Our current garden is surrounded by the darn things, and there's a biggun in the middle holding one end of my washing line. That's the only useful one in the whole area. Even then, I have to put up with ruddy Pigeons sitting in it and sh!tting on my laundry.

Ok. Chapter 2

The doctor wouldn't discuss the report she had already written because she didn't write it. She gave the receptionist permission to write it on her behalf from information the receptionist took from the BH's medical records. So, the receptionist - I did say receptionist, not medically trained person, didn't I? - the receptionist was, legally, allowed to decide what bits of the BH's medical records were relevant. So she chose to say that as the BH had lost two stones in weight which could only, in her opinion, be achieved by exercise, then he doesn't need a carer or DLA. The doctor read and signed this without question. This is a doctor whom the BH had just seen about the crippling pain in ankles, knee & wrist.

So the midden hit the windmill. We have a 45 minute appointment with the new permanent doctor on the 9th. He can then properly assess the BH.

For FFFFFF sake..........
