Feral, there's one locally to me, who hasn't got time for her two dogs, one is four, the other eight. Two different breeds and totally incompatible in characteristics. She's finding life difficult now she has FIVE children!

Yes, I want to punch her.

I've just heard back from the people with the one I'm interested in. She's four, and they've had her three months!! She came from a rural area, and they have her in a town. She doesn't like it! Really!!? Aaaaarrrrgggghhhhh. I'm having to calm myself before I phone them, or I shall have to watch my tongue...

Norfolk's a long way to go for a gate VVG.

It's just the gate I've been looking for RL and we are going to hook up with friends who have a wire for dinner at the pub and some tuggy time. It's beer and a roast for Mr VVG on father's day and some downtime for the exam boy. Last one this week! We might breeze by the sea....we don't see it often

Lily has arrived and she's having some bonding time with the other two in their room. You'll have to wait for photos as she's soaking wet and looks very bedraggled - as do we all Despite being a girlie she's put her mark on various things - including the dog's bed Good job I don't have carpets here
Rosie thinks Lily is the best thing since dog biscuits and just wants to play with her - which is great. Mary has never been that impressed by other dogs !
Lily has several medical problems - including a limp on one of her front legs - probably caused by a break that was never set. She has good and bad days with it. She's very dainty compared to my two hulking monsters but I'm sure she will hold her own in the race for food!
Off to see how they're getting on ........

How exciting for you VC and G4 I've got Chester for two weeks soon when my daughter goes to Tunisia. I'm glad, because listening to you two, it makes me miss my GSs. It's fine here and sun keeps dipping in and out of very grey clouds, so back out to do some more weeding. My youngest son has been today - he cut the grass, washed his own car and ours and cleaned all my windows inside and out. Marvellous. Glad to hear you haven't eaten all your chocolate yet PB. The huge box of Thorntons I got for my birthday is still unopened. See you all later, enjoy the rest of your day.

That's puppy farms for you Apparently the rescue sanctuary noted her limp and had it xrayed and found an old fracture. She was also supposed to have been spayed before she went to the rescue, then came into season. So they had her spayed but she had an inverted uterus which caused complications and she got an infection. She's also missing some teeth and has warts!! Looks like cataracts coming too. Poor little thing but she's very sweet!! I'll have her checked by my vets this week.
I came back to Cardiff this afternoon so that she could get used to this house first and she was as good as gold in the car. Not a murmur She's marking this house now!!

Trying to get a photo of 3 dogs at once is impossible - even 2 is hard enough. Rosie is really taken with Lily and won't leave her alone. A little growl sent her packing eventually. No squabbles over their tea either

Well, I'm baaaaaaaaaack! Thanks to the good old BHWT I now have another six Chooks - better go add them to the list!

I have 'fessed up' to Mr. G about t'other Dawg, and he rolled his eyes, as if to say, "Well, there's not much point me saying anything as you've clearly already made up your mind!" Love 'Im!
