The 'O' word makes me feel sick. Good luck. I'm surprised you get that much notice. In school it's a lunchtime phone call for the followingday. Friend of mine is on maternity leave in 2 weeks and they are in now. Gutted.

Maybe it's different for FE colleges, my first ofsted here have always worked in schools before, and apparently (according to the email) they're in ALL WEEK !!!!!
