Hmm I know I've done some silly things but the good thing about growing old is it helps you forget what they were :-)

Coffee. Garden. Coffee. Does a good morning need anything else?

I know Jake has gravy on his food so why do I make him coffee........just as I know I drink coffee in the morning and not gravy with added milk ......
Jakes cup of gravy goes on his food and not in any other random dish that happens to be sitting there........
Always check the destination of public transport before getting on .......
Remember to remove teabag from cup before drinking...
Make sure whatever you are pouring water, hot oil or any other liquid into has a) a receptacle there to catch liquid and b) your other hand is well out of the way ........

I spent a lot of time lovingly preparing pigs in blankets two weeks before the Day and then left them in the freezer. No-one noticed until Boxing Day.
