Good morning Seeds and Grapes! Sorry about your back BigM. Would one of those heated backwarmers from LIDL help to ease it? If Flo's arms aren't long to reach your back, I have no chance

I went out the night I read TS's post & got the last one. It's like having an electric blanket on your back but unfortunately is not easing the pain. I had my accident 20 years ago but It feels very different this year hence the visit to the doc. Gonna push for a referral to see a specialist, no fobbing off with pills this time.

Insist on seeing a specialist BM, ask them to treat the cause not the symptoms. Hope its easier soon

What about those back massagers you put on a chair - would that help do you think? I have one and you can use it with a heat setting too. I find it really helps when my back and shoulders ache.
Best wait and see what the doctor says today first. Hope the pain goes away soon.
