Nicky's Nursery are sending me out replacement seeds, albeit quite begrudgingly by the sound of the unprofessional email that didn't mention anything about the dud seeds but only reminded me my order was 2 years old and that they want notified when the seeds arrive.

I would much rather they had just thanked me for my feedback so they could look into why their seeds were not germinating.
