but LL said a treadle,which sit on a metal frame,the advert said own wooden box,so it will only be a table model,me thinks,my mom had a treddle years ago,remember using it,if you not carefull the darn thing whent tother way lol,you had to balance the foot treddle just right,

Yes, you did have to be careful with the treadle! But I'm a spinner so hopefully treadling shouldn't be a problem for me any more.

VC- I take it you got rid of your Mom's old machine?

Nah, my Mum got rid of it! She has an electric one now - but doesn't use that anymore either!
