    That's what I thought too

      I worked for a property auction company and this was all we needed if there was an argument over land. Although we coughed up the money ourselves, saved a headache

      No need to get solicitors involved.

        Maybe it was just me but I got sent the deeds of my house as the bank longer wanted to hold them...... really good actually as I found out that I owned a path at the back of my house that I didn't know about.
