I moan about it, and catch up on paperwork an' stuff.

Just recently, I have taken to job-hunting, as I've earned so little this year, due to the chuffin' weather, that we're having to sell my car to stay afloat!

Take tea, cucumber sandwiches, scones, cream and jam and strawberries then back to the cricket.

I don't let the rain stop play, it just changes the type of play. I hope the forecasters have it right and it keeps on clattering down all night, then the play will be far more fun
Tried and Tested...but the results are inconclusive

Hee hee, if only the governing bodies of these sports could actually understand the difference between a canoe and a kayak. I actually find it quite frustrating that there isn't a kayaking event at the olympics but there will be plenty of kayaks in use during the canoeing events.

Go shopping (for food), mend broken doorlocks, mend new leak in upstairs plumbing, cook evening meal. (Mrs Madasafish is temporarily disabled through hip op)

Visit friends who also are not working! Obsess about the state of the house / garden / allotment - delete which not applicable
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

If it comes from a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, don't!!
