My kitty chloe hasnt been seen since saturday evening when i last fed here and let her out . being 18 years old i dont expect to see her again . poor dog is missing her and still waiting for her to come home.

Thanks guys, i have done the local door knock round and everyone has had a look in sheds and greenhouses as well as several walks round each day looking, even the dog is looking for her when out on a walk.
Bless all my neighbours for looking and all are still keeping an eye open and sharing my facebook status to get it well seen round the local area.

Have called the vets and cat sanctuarys but no luck yet even though she is a very destinctive very small half persian that looks almost like a kitten.

she had been asking for food but not eating it for a couple of days but seemed otherwise fine and active but that wasnt too unusual as she is so picky with food! she has been looking very old the last few weeks.

18 years is a good old age,she has had her freedom to come and go, perfect heath, fed well and quite spoiled especially the last few years with her being old.. a tin of tuna most weeks

on a more positive note my facebook status helped get locals chatting about a couple of other missing cats and one young and very friendly tom cat has been found safe and well after being missing for days

Stupid, ignorant, soul-less gits. I really hope your kitty recovers from this, and that the nasty sods who caused your cat so much pain and suffering, get whats owing to them...and then some.

O jules hope your little cat is ok , and Woody I hope yours is found.
There are some truly evil gits in this world,one of my chooks was stolen a few months ago and was found hanging by her feet on a clothes pole several streets away.

Very nasty CaroltheCarrot and Jules. Hope mousey is better soon. We have had a couple of dogs illtreated earlier this year, there's a lot of animal lovers locally tho, so after it was reported in the local paper it stopped. They'd be too scared of what would happen if they got caught by the animal lovers rather than the police.
Sorry to hear about your cat too Woody, sometimes they like to go away quietly on their own at the end tho. You never can tell cats do seem to keep turning up.

so sorry to read your post jules, and woody21 - there are some very sick people out there. I am quite placid really, but if I were to see someone hurting an animal.....I think I would go metal....

OMG Carol.....I could cry for you. That is truly awful. Poor, poor, wee chook. DD and I are really gutted for you.

There are some really sick people out there.

Mousey is doing well. Still breathing very rapidly but it's probably sore to breathe deeply. We've all taken turns Mouse-sitting (good excuse to chill out....) and he's loving the attention, bless him!
