Remember the grass skirts you used to be able to get as nippers? They were elasticated and you wore them round your waist. If you had 2 you would wear one round your head to give the effect of multicoloured long hair.
We used to pretend to be hula girls. progressed to hula hoops waggling our b**ts about keeping hoop above hips.
