Adder, Subtractor, or Multiplier

I, unfortunately, am the other way round.
My natural demeanour makes me a subtractor. I have to make a concious effort to be an adder or multiplier.
Bladdy hard work at times.

A recent course I was on termed subtractors 'Energy Vampires' I thought I was going on a course telling me why I should switch lights off!
