Sounds a bit....er...well....final Taff. I hope that's not the case

This is my Xmas tree - very traditional in style. The 1st fake one I've ever had. Real ones are soooooo expensive this year.

Same here, cant rush a real xmas cake, needs time to mature imo, with lots of feeding with brandy(Or pot or sherry) lol Not too bothered about icing either.

Here's the cake; it's not one of my better skills....

And the tree; we have a fairylight problem thingy going on...

Got to add some sparkly finishing touches, then DD can take a photo with her all-singing-all-dancing camera tomorrow. That cake isn't nearly as perfect as I'd like because it's for someone else. For our lighter fruit cake I'm contemplating an all over white marzipan, with marzipan stars etc, that you then bake in a hot oven to brown and crisp it style-of-thing. No icing, cos we aren't keen on all that sweetness.

                              Phew thats a relief.

Love / hate relationship with The Star. It belonged to my beloved Grandma and I took it as a reminder when she died. Not really me but gotta love cos it reminds me of her every time I look at it and it is very bling Funny thing is last year it stopped working, this year its fine again.
