      Ooh - given the chance I sort of prefer stitches out day - it is far more reassuring and instant relief!

        yep,I do try to keep up & that comment made me smile when first read it

        Stitches out day,Becki you really must not worry hun it is a painless procedure,trust me I have had quite a few over the years you are on the road to recovery now

                Stitches are out, and the wounds are healing nicely. I got treated to choccie cake at the coffee shop for being so brave

                    Choccie caaaake is an excellent painkiller G4! . Putting clothes on to go to the Doctors' was the worst bit, I'm so swollen and bruised.

                          Yup...well, three keyholes in my case ...and they shove long pointy implements in and squiggle them around - that's the bit that people forget. They say 'Oh but it was only keyhole surgery', but the surgeons still do as much work inside, you're just left with smaller scars on the outside.
