Me and my Ipod touch got caught in the rain last week
. It didn't seem too wet, as it had been in my bag during the 5 min heavy downpour I got caught in. I left it to dry over the weekend, but now it won't switch on. I've left it to charge for 24 hours and no sign of life.
Can it be rescued? If so how?

Twice.
I have also read of people putting them in their airing cupboard (we didn't have one), or on the cooker top when the oven is on. So anywhere consistently warm, but out of direct sun, should do it, although it may take over a week. May also need a reset, if it has that faciity. G**gle should be able to help. Good luck.
