What was that aftershave men used in the seventies? Not Old Spice , the other one. Quite a few women used it too, it was the "in thing". That really was overpowering!
I always imagine that the wearer of the strong scent's child or grandchild has bought it for them and they have worn it out of love. That makes it easier to bear.Comment

My youngest son bought old spice for his dad for christmas this year haha. I couldnt stop laughing.
I hate that musk too my son ( same one ) bought me body shop white musk gift set.Gardening ..... begins with daybreak

I really like the smell of Old Spice ... what a shame that 'fashion' is more important than the actual odour.
The great smell of Lynx ..... aarrrgghhh ... as applied by teenage boys. I can tell them that we should get only the faintest 'waft' as they walk by; it is not sexy or attractive to be reduced to a gagging, retching wreck because they have sprayed half a can on themselves and their clothes!Comment

When I went to school, there was a girl on our bus, who used to wear Brut 33 - about half a bottle of it every day! Blllleeeeeuuuuuggghh! It used to make my eyes water!

I got some 'Old Spice',,,,The Mark of a Man....for Chrimbo.
Never had or used it before except when I was a youngun and 'Enry Cooper was advertising it "Splash it on allover" sez he to Beethovens 9th I think?
