Well that was - erm, an interesting end to a lovely day!!

Although the best part of the day has to be the bath that I have just got out of - due to onset hypothermia following a very long walk home from our station due to no taxis and now have blisters due to inappropriate footwear for said walk!!

It took me just under 1½ hours to walk home from our 'local' station, it was that or wait for over an hour on the platform (little station building was closed) until a taxi could be found following 'we're fully booked for the school runs'. Lazy little devils!!!

What made the walk much much worse was .... as I walked out of the station the pub was on my right hand (bear with me), I walked for ½ hour and the same pub was to now be found on my left hand side - which means I didn't realise there was a 'short cut!! Also I was carrying a very large leather bag which weighed 10lbs (*tots up calories lost).

And it was all around a dual carriage way, so I had to stumble along on grass verges.

So - to the shoot, the make-up they plastered on my face made me look like a Madam in the trade who was probably born around the time Adam was a lad!!

They, the team gave me black pants and vest and whilst I stripped and donned the garments (yep, I did it there in front of everyone) the team stood around me saying 'what a fabulous figure you have, tiny waist, no bum (yer yer, I know) and huge boobs (yer, yer, I knoooowwwaa!!).

Flash, twirl, flash....

On leaving, they gave me a free copy of the magazine, which had a free bar of chocolate stuck to it. You have no idea how pleased I was to have eaten that just prior to me discovering that I had to walk or wait They were all really lovely and it was a great day.

Now that my little toes have stopped bleeding and I have thawed out and eaten good food and lots of hot chocolate - I realise that I forgot to ask them which issue it was in

Wow how exciting! You are very brave and so glad you enjoyed yourself. Does sound very tiring though and my day can no way match that !!
